Podcast (and house!) goals…

Thank you so much to Cari Alvarez, M.S., an expert on culture and parenting for kicking off the first episode of the Queen Behavior Change podcast. I had so much fun talking to her about Parent Management Training, the Oregon Model, time-out from positive reinforcement, and more. My favorite thing was that she said she “takes it as a compliment” when parents share their concerns with her (e.g., time-out isn’t going to work for me/my family). We talked about how sharing concerns with a therapist shows that a caregiver values the relationship. Here are a couple of links in the show notes!
